These terms govern use of elevatedsiteintel.com, operated by Elevated Site Intelligence LLC (“ESI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review them before using the website.

Website information and project agreements

This website describes our services and provides general information and examples. A contact form submission or quote request does not book a flight, establish a project, or require either party to proceed. Project scope, pricing, schedules, deliverables, licensing, and other service obligations are established in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the project if it conflicts with these website terms.

Our content and your use

Website text, photographs, video, graphics, maps, branding, and other materials belong to ESI or their respective owners. You may view this website and share links to its pages. Except as permitted by law or a separate license, you may not copy, download for reuse, alter, republish, sell, or commercially exploit these materials without the rights holder’s permission. Viewing an image does not grant a license to use it.

Examples and technical limitations

Sample images, maps, measurements, renderings, and demonstrations are illustrative and do not guarantee a particular result. Website examples are not professional surveys, engineering opinions, code-compliance certifications, or assurances of structural condition. Do not rely on them to establish property boundaries or make construction or safety decisions. Required accuracy and permitted uses of project deliverables must be addressed in the project agreement.

Availability and flight operations

Service availability depends on location, scheduling, weather, airspace restrictions, site conditions, permissions, and applicable law. Website descriptions do not guarantee that a requested flight or shot can be performed. ESI retains operational authority to decline, postpone, modify, or stop unsafe or unlawful operations, subject to the applicable project agreement.

Information you submit

Provide accurate information and only material you are authorized to share. Do not use the website to transmit unlawful content, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages, or to interfere with its operation. We may use your submission to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Submitting project information does not grant ESI permission to publish it as a testimonial or portfolio item.

Website availability and liability

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, ESI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. These limitations concern website use only and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or change obligations under a project agreement.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; ESI does not control their content or practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website and inquiry information. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new revision date. Updates do not retroactively change an existing project agreement.

Governing law and contact
